SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship from?

All our jewelry ships directly from our factory in India.

How can I track my order?

Once your jewelry is packed and ready to ship, we’ll send an email to the address you used at checkout with your FedEx tracking number, so you can easily follow your order’s journey.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping is free for orders over $500

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 15 days after placement, followed by the transit time.

How long will my order take to deliver after it has been shipped?

Typical shipping times are 3–5 business days. Transit time may vary based on destination.

Does my order need a signature upon delivery?

Yes, we require a signature to ensure your jewelry is delivered securely.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we don’t, as all orders require a signature upon delivery.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue right away.

How are duties and taxes managed for the USA? Will I have to pay import taxes and duties upon delivery?

For orders shipped to the US, all import duties and tariffs are included in the final price, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery. However, since we collect sales tax for California, you may be required to pay state sales tax in the US. 

What should I do if my shipment is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at love@victoriachangs.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ORDER & CUSTOMIZATION

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can track your shipment directly using your FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you need further assistance, simply email us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to update you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. We’ll first need to confirm that production hasn’t started. Please contact us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All fees are fully covered for deliveries to the  USA.

Can I make a bank transfer?

Yes. Please email us at love@victoriachangs.com for more information.

What types of jewelry do you offer?

Our collection includes earrings, bracelets, necklaces, engagement rings, and wedding rings.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes, diamonds of 1-Carat and above come with a GIA certificate, so you can be confident in their authenticity and quality.

Can I customize my jewelry?

We do not currently offer customization services, but please feel free to share the design you have in mind with our team at love@victoriachangs.com. Our team will be happy to review your request and see how we can assist you.

Can I engrave a message on the ring?

Yes! Simply use the special instructions box at checkout to share the message you’d like us to engrave.

I want to see the pieces in person. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer in-person viewings, as we deliver our jewelry directly to our customers to keep it affordable. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at love@victoriachangs.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How can I get my ring resized?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on rings that are engraved just for you. However, if it’s not engraved, we may be able to resize a non-eternity band up to three sizes (either up or down).

Do your necklaces come in different lengths?

Yes! Our necklaces are available in lengths from 15 to 18 inches. You can also find the specific length of each necklace on its product page.

Do your bracelets come in different lengths?

 Our bracelets are available in a standard 7-inch length. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at love@victoriachangs.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

What ring sizes do you offer?

Our rings are crafted to offer a flawless fit in a wide range of sizes. Eternity rings are available in sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Non-eternity rings are available in sizes 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, and 10.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is the return window for a received product?

You have 14 days, starting the day after you receive your package, to send your order back.

Do you offer free returns?

Our returns aren’t free; you’ll be charged the shipping fee for the return of your order.

How and where do I return an item?

Email us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number and return reason, and we’ll send you a return label. Pack your item in its original packaging, seal it securely, attach the label clearly, we will share return details over email.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our inspection team confirms the product qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.

What are the eligibility requirements for receiving a refund?

The product must be returned, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and certificate. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and approved through our inspection process.

What happens if my product is not eligible for refund?

If your product does not meet our refund eligibility criteria, we will keep the product. Victoria Changs reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the product’s condition.

Is there a fee if the GIA certificate is missing?

If the order is missing its original certificate, a $100 certificate replacement fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We will take full responsibility, cover all applicable shipping costs. Email us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number, defective, damaged, or incorrect product pictures, and we’ll send an email with the return process. Pack your item in its original packaging, seal it securely, attach the label clearly, and send it to our address as mentioned in our email.

I purchased a ring. Can I return or exchange it if it doesn’t fit?

EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the exchange window for a received product?

Can I place an exchange order for a product of lesser value than my original purchase?

No, exchanges are only allowed for products of equal or higher value. Additionally, all return and shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, soft pouch and cleaning it gently with a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.

Will my Victoria Changs jewelry fade or wear away?

No, because we use solid 14K and 18K gold, rather than gold plating. Gold plating can wear away over time, exposing the metal beneath and altering the jewelry’s color. At Victoria Chang, we use solid gold to ensure high-quality pieces that stand the test of time and can be passed down for generations.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

At Victoria Chang, we use only high-quality materials in all our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. This includes solid 18K, 14K and 10K gold, and lab-grown diamonds.

Do you use recycled gold in your jewelry?

Yes, we do! Our pieces are crafted using recycled gold to reduce environmental impact while maintaining exceptional quality.

What does recycled gold mean?

Recycled gold is gold that has been refined from existing 18K and 14K gold.

What percentage of your gold is recycled?

We use 40% recycled gold in our jewelry pieces.

How many times is your recycled gold reused?

Our recycled gold goes through only one reuse cycle.

Is recycled gold cheaper?

No. The recycled gold isn’t cheaper, since the price of gold is determined by the market value.

JEWELRY CARE

Can I wear my Victoria Changs jewelry in water?

Yes! All our pieces are crafted from solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold, ensuring they are protected from water damage. It won’t damage the metal or cause any discoloration.

How do you clean Victoria Changs jewelry?

The easiest way to clean your Victoria Changs jewelry at home is to fill a bowl with 2 cups of warm water and a few drops of mild dish detergent. Soak your jewelry in the solution for 15 minutes, then gently scrub the gold with a soft baby toothbrush or a cotton swab. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
